The core products of the organization are its buildings. In order to be sustainable over time, innovation in new technologies and infrastructure are key. 7. Affordable and clean energy

The real estate sector is one of the world's worst polluters. According to the UN it's responsible for 40% of the energy consumption and for a third of all carbon emissions. Leasinvest recognizes this issue as one of their main challenges. The company has been investing in ways to save on energy usage and will continue to do.
